Large detached house built in 1853, in quiet location backing onto Birkenhead Park. Set back from the road with off-street parking area for several cars.

Two large double bed rooms with 2 private shower rooms. Suitable for up to 4 people.
Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor and has a king-sized bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a private bathroom across the hall from this room, shared with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 is on the 1st floor and has a queen size bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It shares the bathroom with bedroom 1.

Free Wi-Fi / broadband. Tea & coffee facilities in rooms.
Breakfast can be provided by arrangement.

15 minutes to Liverpool city centre or New Brighton by car. Conveniently located for frequent trains and buses to Liverpool, New Brighton and Chester. There is a regular bus to Liverpool which takes 20 minutes and stops close to the Empire, Royal Court and Playhouse theatres.

We have 4 cats so the digs are not suitable for someone with pet allergies.
