1 or 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom (Roundhay) (Leeds)

Two comfortable double bedrooms on the top floor of my house with Velux blackout blinds, TVs and super fast WiFi. The beds are very comfortable with memory foam toppers, high quality duvets and pillows. Towels are also provided for your use. Both bedrooms have individual door locks with keys which will be provided upon arrival.

There is a selection of teas and coffees provided. Milk is also provided.

Guests are welcome to visit for pre-agreed occasional overnight stays. I am happy to help with information and finding your way around Leeds. There is a welcome pack with lots of local info in it in the dining room.

The house bathroom is for the exclusive use of the 2 guest bedrooms, if you are the only guest you will have exclusive use of the bathroom. The bathroom has both a bath and shower. There is a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, food processor, bread maker and kitchen mixer. The dining room has a TV and DVD player which you are welcome to use. There would only ever be one other guest and myself in the house using the facilities!

Both rooms have plenty of storage including wardrobes, hangers and drawers. WIFI and Velux blackout blinds are in both bedrooms. My house has a front and back garden, both of which have seating areas which you are welcome to use.

THE HOUSE
Free on street parking is available on the street and buses run late enough to get home after performances.

I live in a quiet leafy cul de sac in the highly sought after area of Roundhay in North Leeds. There are excellent links to the city centre which is only a 15 minute drive or a 20 minute bus ride away. There are 2 bus stops serving 2 routes to the city centre and which are a 2 minute walk away. The buses to the city centre drop off near the Leeds Grand Theatre and depart from the road parallel to the Leeds Grand Theatre. Roundhay Park is approximately a 15 minutes walk away. The local conveniences include a deli, post office, cash machine, pharmacy, carwash, Chinese takeaway and local shops which are all approximately a 2 minute walk away. The shops, bars and cafes on Street Lane are about a 10-15 minute walk away and Chapel Allerton is approximately a 20 minute walk away.
