Comfortable and friendly, very close to Grand Theatre, 2 minutes from the beach. Use microwave,fridge and kettle only in kitchen sorry..thats all due to energy crisis !!! plus one wash [REMOVED] washing machine !'shared downstairs bathroom, towels provided.

Loft room with skylight has plenty of space, contains 2 single beds although one is a put you up type ...has wardrobe.
Small cupboards with drawers, a desk and chair ...kettle if needed.

Bathroom is downstairs and shared with myself ..as machine and cooker.WiFi.Smoking permitted in garden.
I now have organised the kitchen into 2 separate cooking areas...you will have your own cooker microwave utensils and fridge so we only share sink and washing machine.
Just a few minutes walk to theatre and city centre and beach. smoking allowed in garden only where you may be accompanied by a small dog !!!

I have separated my kitchen, so guests have their own working space, fridge , microwave, oven and cupboard containing crockery , cutlery and glasses and table to eat on. There is hand sanitizer in guest room and dotted throughout house including entrance hall... dettol wipes are provided as is spray..
