Stylish Super King Double Room In Illustrators House (Cambridge)

I am offering two rooms in my house.

One is a bright cosy single room. The room looks out to the driveway with space to park your car, and a fairly quiet road, recently refurbished bedroom, study room comes fully furnished with desk, chair, empty wardrobe with hangers and drawers and of course a comfortable single bed.

My second room is a double. Lovely and spacious, this room is set at the back of the property overlooking our back garden. The perfect quite space to relax after a busy day.

The room features the extremely comfortable luxury hotel style super king size bed, (which can be made into twin beds if needed) drawer space and a built in wardrobe. There is a large desk, and chair, bedside tables and a beautiful ornate mirror. This tastefully decorated room is the perfect hideaway to relax in.

The bathroom is shared with myself and my lodger, there is a power shower in the bathroom over a bath.

Use of kitchen is welcome.

There is a large spacious garden with a pond and patio at the back of the house. Guests are welcome to relax outside, smokers can use this area also.

I will be working running my illustration business in the house during the day and sometimes into the evening.

The house is close by to the Cambridge Junction, Leisure park, shops, and train station.

There is space to park your car, street parking or on our driveway, no permit needed currently.
