10 minutes by bus from Citizen's temporary base at Tramway. 10 minutes walk from Tron Theatre. Buses and Underground within three minutes of flat to King's Theatre, Pavilion, Theatre Royal, Conservatoire, Oran Mor, Concert Hall.

Local shops and facilities close by. City Centre(Argyle Street) 10 minute walk or two bus stops. Edinburgh Festival there are 4 buses an hour between Glasgow and Edinburgh during the day and half hourly evening and hourly through the night. I usually respond to booking requests within a couple of hours.

Flat first floor of new build with excellent ventilation system and windows easy to open and shut and control. No pets. No smoking. Happy to clean room during stay subject to guest request 8n order to maintain guest privacy.
