2 Bed Waterside Flat. Light, modern & spacious with a terrace & great views of the harbour (Bristol)

My lovely harbour side flat is in a very central spot just a 10 min stroll to the Old Vic and 20 mins to the Hippodrome with loads of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep too.

Both bedrooms have double beds and their own bathrooms, the kitchen/living room is very spacious and the flat is on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block.

Currently I am hardly there due to working away and so everything is pristine and more like a serviced apartment - however, I dont want to let it in a commercial setting and so this arrangement built on trust, respect and supporting creatives suits me much better.

My friend, who is a host here will be the person to contact as I'm not often in the city and so she will be there to help you settle in and answer any queries etc.
