Living with Host

What does this mean?

My home is a quiet, comfortable terraced house
15/20 mins walk to theatre, five minutes from sea front or shops/bars of the Uplands. I have two rooms to let: attic with double futon and first floor bedroom with 3/4 bed.
Share bathroom with owner (with bath, separate shower, loo). Downstairs loo also. Attic has small electric radiator so not the warmest of rooms during cold spells - but extra bedding available! Room has no door but is quite private.
Sorry, no smokers. Please note that recently parking spaces have become more limited, but guests usually manage to find a spot.
Also, please use kitchen or dining room to eat any meals. No food in rooms please. Stop Press: new futon mattress installed. Very comfortable!

Beverley is a wonderful and experienced host, kind and easy-going. I stayed for a month and felt very comfortable in her home. The area is lovely - the seafront and local shops are both a 5 min walk, and the Swansea Grand is an easy 15-20 min walk.

Had a lovely week at Beverley’s, very friendly welcome- lovely attic room with a beach view. Had great weather so it was a sun trap. Nice clean, quiet house with in street parking- 15min walk to the theatre. Would definitely be back again.

Had a perfect stay at Beverley's. I was in the attic, with the sea views and a very comfy futon bed. Take ear plugs - the seagulls are noisy! Very clean, very easy walk to the theatre, free parking outside and Beverley is a lovely friendly host.

Beautiful toom and a sensitive host. Beverly has the perfect measure of friendliness and giving you space. A lovely stay! But if a longer walk to the theatre than I expected but well worth it!

I stayed here for 8 nights in the attic with gorgeous sea view. Beverley is lovely and her house is clean and very comfortable. I hardly saw her due to me working late in the theatre. We communicated with little notes, haha. Thankyou for having me.

Had a really enjoyable stay with Bev, even if we were passing ships in the night for most of the week she was always available if needed. Had a lovely view of the sea from the attic room and the location was an easy walk from the theatre :-)

I had a great stay with Beverley in her lovely house in Swansea. It's a really easy walk to the theatre or if you want the more scenic route, you can always walk down along the seafront.

So friendly and welcoming with lovely rooms! Recommend!
